Coordinating an event that will show refugee related art pieces. Through these art pieces students will be able to publicly share their messages or opinions that is related to the refugee crisis. Our group believes that refugees require more attention so that other people may become aware of what is happening to refugees and possibly discover a way to assist them. We know that this exhibition will create a major impact because this event will not be available for just students, teachers and parents from High Tech High, this event will be available for the public to see. We will even be advertising for this event so that there is a greater likelihood for more people to be interested in our exhibition.

We want to spread positive messages and stories to refugees around the world. We came up with the idea to make postcards in coordination with the organization, Any Refugee, started by a ten year-old Alaskan boy, William Scannell IV. We set up a postcard signing booth in front of our school, High Tech High and invited people to share a positive message that will be sent to refugees in 45 different countries. We successfully made over 200 postcards that are being sent to the organization, Any Refugee!
